About us

Bellefleur's Maple Syrup is a family-owned operation in Fairfield, Maine, nestled along Route 201. What began as a small hobby—tapping a handful of maple trees in the front yard with a turkey cooker—has grown into a thriving business. Today, we tap around 900 trees using modern equipment including a vacuum pump system and a 2x10 Lapierre wood-fired boiler. We're passionate about crafting quality maple syrup and sharing it with our community and customers everywhere.
